SHIPPING POLICY
Orders under $125 are subject to a standard shipping charge of $12.00. Orders exceeding $125 receive free shipping.
We currently offer shipping anywhere within the United States using primarily USPS and UPS. The specific carrier used will be chosen at our discretion. Other carriers may be available for additional charges at customer requests.
International Orders: We currently do not offer international shipping, but we are looking into it as a future option.
Orders typically ship within 7-9 days from the time of order. This timeframe will vary during peak seasons.

REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Personalized Products: We do not issue refunds, accept returns or exchange any personalized item. If there is an error on our end a product replacement may be made available.
Gift Cards: We do not issue refunds for any gift card purchased.
Standard/Non-Personalized Products: If there is a need to return a standard/non-personalized product, returns will be accepted for 5 days after the receipt of the product as shown on the tracking information from the carrier.

If your product has been damaged during shipping, please email us at sales@mymetaldesigns.com with photos of your damaged product, photos of the packaging, and your order number.
REFUNDS
A refund may be approved once the returned product has been received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the card used for the original order.
